Halloween Fun at El Árbol

Halloween is always a fun time at our community, giving students, teachers and parents a great excuse to dress up in costumes and play spooky games while also bringing awareness of Mexico's tradition of honoring the departed by creating a colorful Día de los Muertos (Day of the Death) altar.

This year, our community came together to organize a great Halloween party with delicious food provided by some of our students' families and our very own El Árbol Café; exciting games; a traditional Día de los Muertos altar; and a phenomenal - and honestly frightening - Scary House staffed by our own students and teachers.

We want to thank everyone who participated in one way or another for being such good sports when it comes to having a fun, spooky time!
